The hotel had great outdoor amenities for families to enjoy and relax during the New Year's break. , the hotel's location was convenient for those who had their own car with easy access to nearby attractions. the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned upon check-in and had a strong cigarette odor. The food was just average with limited options for English-speaking guests.

We loved the tranquil location of the hotel, surrounded by beautiful mountains and greenery. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was decent and the outdoor activities offered were great for families. We also enjoyed the upgraded region.

Communication was a bit of a challenge as some staff members did not speak English fluently.

The staff was friendly and cute. The location in the mountains was amazing. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated the convenience of having parking available.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre, heated swimming pool, and private facilities, were truly amazing. the beautiful garden area was perfect for relaxation and enjoying some fresh air. the restaurant serving in-room breakfast and poolside snacks was also very impressive.

the entertainment options were limited and could benefit from more variety.

Spent Christmas at this hotel. the hot chocolate was very cosy, and the decorations were beautifully festive. the location was very convenient for exploring the surrounding area, and the views were breathtaking.

The room was not cleaned properly before our check-in. There was a lingering smell of smoke in the air, and the dinner was not very satisfying, with limited options.
